Payment

Payment at arrival is accepted
- cash HUF, EUR, GBP,
- PayPal,
- HUF bank transfer,
- bank card American Express, OTP Bankpont, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro and JCB.
Rent fee, services, refundable deposit and tourist tax payment need at arrival.
All prices are include 18% VAT, but do not include the tourist tax, which varies from location.
Coupon discounts are available promotional periods, and returning guests.

Cancellations

Apartments:
If cancelled or modified up to 60 day before date of arrival, only bank transfer cost fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 30 day before date of arrival, 20 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 15 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Villa:
If cancelled or modified up to 60 day before date of arrival, only bank transfer cost fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 30 day before date of arrival, 20 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent price of the reservation will be charged.

Damage deposit

The deposit for damages to the property or losses of inventory shall be refunded to you upon departure as we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as delivered upon your arrival. Should damages or losses occur, we will deduce the necessary amount. In such case, you will receive a detailed receipt of the expenses. If the damage exceeds the rate of deposit, the guest is obliged to reimburse prior to leaving the property.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 4:00PM.
We give you personally the keys, please send us before day your expected arrival time, and call us before minimum 2 hours before your arrival. Make sure you let us know your check-in time otherwise delays may occur especially in high season (June, July and August). Early check-in, luggage save is possible with prior agreement, fees may apply.
Check-out to 11:00AM.
All guests must provide at arrival time of check-out. Late check-out, luggage save is possible with prior agreement, fees may apply.
Key extra service charge between 23:00-07:00 is 10.-€.

Guests number

In every property has a maximum availability (with extra beds),
Prices are valid for the number of booked person number. Extra guests with prior agreement up to maximum availability is possible before one day of arrival, fees apply.
In case of not mentioned guest use the Units, 100€/person penalty will charged.

Services

The holiday price will include bed linen, towels, all charges for water, gas, heating, waste disposal, cable TV, internet WiFi and electricity. Guests must comply with reasonable usage and may be charged if excessive energy is consumed during their stay (i.e. Excessive heating fee if leaving heating run with doors and windows open). Air-condition usage (optional) fee is free in the apartments, 20€/day in the Villa.
Cleaning once a week with bed linen change, towels change twice a week.

Children and babies

We offer to our small guests (0-2 years) baby cot, baby bed-linen and high chair for 5€/night extra cost, prior reservation is required
Children (2-12 years) price is 50% of the extra person price over minimum guest number.

Pets

While certain units may accept small pets, it's only with the condition that they are not allowed on the furniture, and especially the beds, nor left unattended in the Unit. There must be no evidence that a pet has been at the property upon departure. Fee is 5€/day.

Property Cleanliness

The Guest agrees to ensure that the Unit is left reasonably clean and tidy (including putting the clean dishes back, taking garbage to the disposal). The Guest agrees to pay an additional reasonable charge (5€/hour) to cover the expense of additional, unusual cleaning required because the Guest fails to comply with this clause.
Toilets are not to be used for disposal of feminine products, prophylactics, cigarette butts, cosmetics, cotton buds, children's toys, or any other garbage

Guest Obligations

The rental property incl. the furniture and the other contents are to be treated with care. The tenant is held responsible for the actions of other adults, children, and animals within the house. The tenant is liable for all damaged goods, damage to the property or anything else related to the property, whether caused by themselves or their accompanying guests. If the damage exceeds of deposit, tenant is required settle of difference before departure. In case of irregular usage of the property have a right to move the group from the property. Please do not move fixtures and furniture from the place where they are at check-in time. The faults that are found before or during the rental period are to be reported to the advertiser immediately.

General rules

The Guest undertakes to keep the Unit and all the furniture, fixtures and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the booking period (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and shall pay to the Company or Owners the value of any part of the Unit, furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects so destroyed or damaged as to be incapable of being restored to its previous condition. Breakages and damage must be reported as soon as possible. The Guest must allow the Company or Owner and/or its agents to enter the Unit to inspect the state of it, on reasonable notice, save in emergency when immediate access must be granted. The Guest must not use the Unit or allow its use for any dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities or carry on there any act that may be a nuisance or annoyance to the owner or the Company or to any neighbors.
Community regulations must be respected at all times. AFTER 22:00 NOT ALLOWED LOUD NOISE from the Units (balconies, terraces, garden, corridor). In case of loud noise after first notice all guests we have to move from the property, and in this case the deposit and the rest of the rent fee are not refundable. If neighbors call Police, guests have to pay the fines.
Smoking is not permitted inside in our Units (except some area in the Villa, and on balcony) and the Guest and any member of his or her party undertakes not to smoke inside the Unit.
This terms and contract relates to the Hungarian laws.
